I have using TRIM since 2000. I work as a consultant for a HPE re-seller. I am a Certified Records Manger and an ECM. Just installed CM to check it out and show some customers. These people are really comfortable with the earlier versions and I would like to show them it can be better. So far some simple things, what happened to the ability to have more user control with customization. Small fonts on a big screen make for tough viewing. Yes I know about changing the resolution. What happened to the Report writer now known as Layouts. It wasn’t that great before and now it lost some functionality?

I have just had Trim implemented in my local council and we are having issues with the toolbars dropping off Trim.
These toolbars are custom and have been set as global in both Desktop and Context.
Sometimes they are there, and sometimes you open Trim desktop on they are gone.
We are also having the office add-ins disable themselves at times. Not sure if this is related.
Any assistance or advice on where to look would be a great help.
